Once your order is made , you will receive your tracking number via email, please keep track of it on USPS.COM

For DOMESTIC deliveries: 2 to 4 days priority shipping 

For international orders we also ship with usps.com

Once orders are placed, delivery address cannot be changed.

If packages are returned due to missing information (or error) in delivery address, costumer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

We cannot be held responsible for any delayed, lost or damaged packages that occurred during shipping. .

For INTERNATIONAL deliveries: We can not guarantee any exact delivery dates, see below estimated delivery time:

Estimate time for :Canada : 10 days to 20 days (on average)

                             : the UK ,France ,Germany: 10 days to 40 days (on average)  

                             : the rest of E.U. : 10 days to 60 days (on average) 

                             : Australia ,Japan & the rest of the world: 10 days to 60 days ( on average)
