On the day your order is shipped you will be notified by email with a tracking number & insurance, please keep track of it.

We cannot be held responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages that occurred during shipping. 

Once orders are placed, delivery address cannot be changed.

If packages are returned due to missing information (or error) in delivery address, costumer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

 We do not currently offer  EXPRESS SHIPPING.
