We want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is our Shipping & Delivery Policy to ensure you understand the shipping process and timelines.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Regular orders are typically processed within 8-10 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
    • Ready to Ship Items: Ready to ship orders are typically processed within 2 business days (Monday-Friday).
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You’ll receive another email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Priority Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days.
  • Express Shipping: We do not offer express shipping.

 

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Delivery varies by location. Rates calculated at checkout.

    • Canada: 10 days to 20 days (on average)
    • UK, France, Germany: 12 days to 40 days (on average)  
    • Rest of EU: 10 days to 60 days (on average)
    • Japan & rest of the world: 10 days to 40 days (on average)

 

Free Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $250 (before taxes and after any discounts) within USA.
  • For international orders, free shipping offers may apply based on promotional periods. Please check our homepage for current promotions.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain items (such as oversized or heavy items) may not be available for international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your package through the provided link.
  • Please note, it may take 24 - 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected, destination, and availability of the item. Please allow additional time for deliveries during peak seasons or holidays.
  • Delivery time estimates are noted within individual product pages.

Delayed, Missing or Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. However, if your tracking indicates that the package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local postal carrier (they are your best resource).
  • If your package is not deliverable and returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • Customs Fees: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon arrival in their country.
  • Import Regulations: We are not responsible for customs delays, and all international customers should check with their country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Address Changes

  • Once order are placed, we cannot change the shipping address. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the correct shipping address.
