RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered! But if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy below.

Returns

  • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 15 days of the date your order was delivered.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of stains, make-up, or any other signs of wear, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as final sale, clearance, intimate apparel, swimwear, jackets and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Proof of Purchase: To process your return, you will need to provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

How to Return an Item

  1. Request a Return: Email our customer support at contact@shaykawaii.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your items back. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Pack Your Return: Securely package your return items with their original packaging. Please include a copy of your order confirmation and the return form in the package.
  4. Send It Back: Ship the items back with a tracking number to ensure safe delivery. We aren't responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during the shipping process.

Refunds / Order Cancellation

  • No refund or order cancellation. All our pieces are made to order
  • We offer exchange or store credit only
    • We allow ONE exchange per order, per customer
    • Store credit valid for 1 year from the date of the original purchase
  • Any special modifications we make for you on colors or sizes (not offered on our website) will be considered a custom order, which are not non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchanges

  • One Exchange: We offer a limit of ONE exchange for size or color issues. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • How to Exchange: To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service team at contact@shaykawaii.com. We will guide you through the exchange process.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a store credit instead.
  • Custom Order: No refund, return or exchanges on custom order, as they are made specifically for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@shaykawaii.com with photo evidence of the damaged product and a detailed explanation. We will guide you through the next steps.

International Returns

Please note that international customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Reference our size chart to ensure that you ordered the correct size
  • Read our short product descriptions to get a sense of the fabric type and details
  • If you are unsure of your size or need a special request (custom order), please feel free to email us your questions at contact@shaykawaii.com before placing your order
