Because every Shay Kawaii piece is handmade to order, VIP Services are offered on a limited basis. We accept only as many rush orders as we can handle; availability changes daily.

The 2–3 business day timeline refers to production time and begins once your service request has been confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays. Service is subject to availability and product eligibility. Some designs may require additional production time due to their complexity or material availability.
For Overnight Shipping, next-business-day delivery begins once your completed order has shipped. Carrier delays are outside of Shay Kawaii's control.
For Miami Delivery, delivery must be scheduled and is subject to location and delivery availability.

03 Wait for confirmation
We review your request, confirm availability, and send payment instructions for the service fee.
What if my request isn't accepted?
If we can't take on your VIP Service request due to limited capacity, you can either continue with your order on our standard timeline, or request cancellation and a full refund.
