Overnight and Miami Delivery speed up delivery, not production. Only the Ultimate VIP Rush does both.

• Once sewing is complete, your order ships with tracking
• Tracking is emailed automatically
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays
• Orders $300 and over require a signature on delivery

• Yes — we ship worldwide
• International orders may take longer due to customs processing
• Any duties or import fees are the customer's responsibility

• Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
• Refunded as a store gift card — no cash refunds or order cancellations
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, makeup, odors, or pet hair, with tags attached
• One return per order, per customer
• Gift cards never expire

• $40 flat restocking fee on returns of 3 or more items from the same order (1–2 items are free)
• 25% fee if returned items contain pet hair, even if unworn

Fees are deducted from your gift card value. They don't apply to items reported damaged within 48 hours of delivery with photos, or to EU withdrawal returns.

• EU customers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving an order, where applicable by law
• Items must be returned within 14 days of submitting the request
• Same condition requirements as standard returns
• Shipping costs, duties, and customs fees are non-refundable unless required by law
