Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds?
No. We do not offer refunds or order cancellations.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. We accept one return per order for store credit only.
How long do I have to request a return?
Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
What condition must items be in?
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.
Are custom or modified items returnable?
No. Custom or modified items are final sale and non-returnable.
Do store gift cards expire?
No. Store gift cards never expire.
Damaged or Defective Items
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

When does shipping begin?
Shipping begins after production is complete.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
No. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide.
Are you responsible for shipping delays or lost packages?
No. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages once shipped.

We offer US sizes XS–5XL on select designs.
Do your items run true to size?
Most designs fit true to size.
What if I'm between sizes?
We recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Can sizing vary?
Yes. Because items are handmade, please allow up to 1 inch variation.
